The organization needed to redefine its business model in Canada to enhance the quality of life for mothers and infants during the critical first 1000 days.

Developed and implemented a comprehensive business strategy focused on market analysis, product innovation, and targeted marketing campaigns. Worked closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product offerings were aligned with consumer needs and supported by scientific research.

The Globe Landscape Simplification (GLS) SAP S/4HANA migration program required a comprehensive redesign and implementation of key processes, including Supply Chain Management, HR, Order Fulfillment and other core business solutions.

Provided strategic support for the redesign and implementation of these critical processes, ensuring they were aligned with future business needs and operational goals. Facilitated cross-functional collaboration to ensure the processes were fit for purpose and scalable.

Enhanced operational efficiency and successfully completed the migration, ensuring that all critical business processes were future-ready and fully integrated into the new system.
