As part of the “Farmer Connect” initiative, Nestlé aimed to create shared value across the entire value chain, from farmer to consumer, by leveraging digital technologies. 

Led the identification and deployment of digital solutions, including blockchain for traceability and mobile platforms for farmer engagement. Developed and implemented training programs to ensure effective adoption of these technologies by farmers, enhancing their ability to connect with the broader supply chain.

Improved business efficiency and traceability across the supply chain, strengthened relationships with farmers, and contributed to long-term sustainability and shared value creation. 

There was a critical need to cultivate a global entrepreneurial mindset and scale innovation competencies across the organization. 

Established an Innovation Academy and developed a global innovation consulting pool. Upskilled over 7,000 employees, engaged 80,000 users in a corporate incubator program, and provided Innovation as a Service through trained 150+ in-house consultants. 

Successfully created a thriving culture of innovation, significantly enhancing the company’s innovation output and talent attraction, positioning the organization as a leader in global innovation.

Nestlé Cailler aimed to redesign the digital and physical ticketing experience for Maison Cailler’s visitors center in Switzerland to ensure a seamless and personalized journey. 

Applied a human-centered design approach by conducting in-depth user research, developing visitor personas, and leading agile design sprints to prototype and test new ticketing solutions. Collaborated closely with digital and physical design teams to create a fully integrated visitor experience. 

Successfully launched a new ticketing system that significantly improved user satisfaction, reduced wait times, and provided a more personalized experience, resulting in increased visitor numbers and repeat visits.
